The Myriad Hotel and Swim Club integrates four National Register properties into a unified hospitality destination. The rehabilitation required navigating strict National Park Service guidelines to address significant structural deficiencies and stabilize the historic fabric. We remediated compromised elements and inserted modern mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems throughout the existing shells. The design also activates the ground level by incorporating three white-box tenant spaces prepared for future restaurant fit-outs. This comprehensive adaptive reuse preserves the site’s architectural heritage while establishing a functional modern hotel and social hub.
