The interior design of The West prioritizes connectivity and equitable access to create a welcoming environment for a diverse range of occupants. A grand staircase anchors the open lobby area and serves as a central circulation spine that encourages movement through the public spaces. We balanced the private tenant suites with shared amenities including a furnished lounge, a bar, and a communal conference room. These gathering spots seamlessly flow into a rear outdoor courtyard to provide varied settings for small group interaction. By integrating inclusive safety features and flexible planning strategies, the design ensures the building remains adaptable while fostering a strong sense of community among tenants.
