The master plan for the Maryhurst campus in Kentucky establishes a unified physical framework for a site previously defined by disconnected buildings. The existing arrangement of structures lacked a clear logic for navigation and arrival, which created a fragmented experience for residents and staff. We resolved these issues by designing a network of shared spaces and circulation paths that tie the facilities together into a single landscape. This intervention prioritizes clear entry points and communal gathering areas to improve the daily movement of people across the grounds. The resulting layout transforms a collection of individual buildings into a cohesive campus that better serves the organization’s long-term operational goals.
