Villages at Rose Hill will be a new construction, 180-unit affordable apartment community located in the growing city of Broken Arrow, OK. The development is a partnership between Tulsa-based Gatesway Foundation, Inc., which provides a range of critical service for adults with developmental disabilities, and SOCAYR, Inc., an experienced developer and owner/operator of affordable housing. The development team intends for twenty percent of the apartments to have a preference for adults with developmental disabilities, served by Gatesway, known as the Friends of Gatesway. The thoughtfully-designed community will be set on 12 beautiful acres, and will include a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The grounds of the community will include attractive landscaping and a variety of site amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, game yard, playground, and dog park.
