Located in the Terra Crossing Development of Louisville, Kentucky, The West is a new 73,600-square-foot Class-A office building designed to maximize visibility and natural light. The form is defined by a cantilevered upper volume where seamless curtain walls span two stories to encase the building shell. Beneath this, a classic raw material finish wraps the perimeter base while monolithic walls anchor the structure at strategic entry points. We optimized the site orientation to facilitate panoramic views and drive sunlight deep into the floor plate throughout the day. This configuration results in a distinct commercial hub offering twelve flexible tenant spaces with expansive 270-degree views at every corner.
