Plans unveiled for 73,000-square-foot office complex in Kevin Cogan Development

A developer with operations in Louisville and Texas has been visiting other cities to bring new ideas on Class A office development to town.

And the company plans to show off what it has learned with an office complex at Louisville developer Kevin Cogan’s 100-acre East End development off Old Henry Road and Factory Lane.

Hillman-Pauly Properties, a real estate investment and development firm, released renderings this week for The West at Old Henry, a 73,000-square-foot Class A office building that will have three stories of commercial space. You can see images of the building in the attached slideshow.

Mitchell Kersting, a partner and architect with WorK Architecture +Design, said the building and its use of windows will maximize daylight. The first floor will have a modern cafe and lounge and an open-concept lobby. An outdoor courtyard will open to the cafe and lounge, creating complementary indoor and outdoor amenities that can be used for work functions and social gatherings.
