Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation Home

This private residence was designed as a raffle prize for the annual Norton Childrens Hospital Fundraiser. Located within the New Urbanist neighborhood of Norton Commons, the three-story house was designed to be Second Empire in style but fit for the needs of a modern family. On the first floor is a study, formal dining room, and an open layout of kitchen, living, and breakfast nook at the back. On the second floor is a guest bedroom and master suite featuring a sunlit bathing area, a walk in shower, and a spacious walk in closet. On the third floor is a second guest bedroom and a entertainment ready loft.  A front porch and rear two-story porch create ample inside-outside space for the homeowner.
