Paristown Pointe

As the first phase of the larger Paristown Pointe Development, 22 homes will replace a vacant parking lot to restore the density and streetscape of the historic neighborhood with an adaptation of Louisville’s ‘Shotgun House’ typology.

This site will be further activated by public green space, to serve as a link between the Louisville neighborhoods of Paristown, Germantown, Smoketown, Phoenix Hill, and the Original Highlands. This complex, multi-phase project will be the result of planning and design in partnership with Marian Development, EOP Architects, Carman, and the community itself.
