Renaissance Park Apartments

Driven by regional leadership and the expansion of River Ridge, Charlestown Indiana has experienced a sudden surge in attention and workforce housing demand. Partnered in a design-build relationship with ARC Construction, WorK Architecture + Design designed Phase 2 of the Renaissance Park Apartments community serving the burgeoning downtown of Charlestown Indiana.

The apartments were designed to provide connectivity to the town’s historic downtown square, directly across the street. The development team worked directly with local officials to ensure quality finished materials are used throughout interior and exterior spaces, providing a much needed housing for locals.
