Licking Riverside Residence

In the historic neighborhood of Licking Riverside, special care was given to designing a 2-story addition and garage to complement the Italianate home on a challenging small lot. Details from paneling and arches to a planted window box above the garage door echo the neighborhood’s character. In the near future, the owners will add a wrought iron driveway gate and spiral stair.
