WorK Architecture + Design is hiring for multiple positions including Project Architect, Project Manager, and BIM Management +Technician.

Presently, WorK A+D is seeking experienced, self-motivated, talented applicants for the following positions:

Architects

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Architectural License or near completion of ARE.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of architectural experience.
  • Ability to Design, develop Construction Documents, and perform Contract Administration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with clients, colleagues, and consultants.
  • Experienced in effectively managing multiple projects, at different phases.
  • Required computer skills: Revit, AutoCad, Adobe.

Project Managers

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of architectural experience.
  • Ability to Design, develop Construction Documents, and perform Contract Administration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with clients, colleagues, and consultants.
  • Experienced in effectively managing multiple projects, at different phases.
  • Required computer skills: Revit, AutoCad, Adobe.

BIM Technician / Managers

Qualified applicants should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of architectural experience.
  • Ability to create, modify, and issuance of 2D and 3D drawings in Conceptual Designs through Construction Administration under direct supervision of a Project Manager or Architect for use by clients and other consultants.
  • Excellent communication and skills with clients, colleagues, and consultants.
  • Required computer skills: Revit, BIM360, AutoCad, Adobe.
