Bellevue’s Marianne Theater Is A Shuttered Cinema Treasure That’s About To Get A Sequel

Originally built in 1942, Marianne Theater was a beautiful Art Deco, single-screen movie theater in its prime. Today, it sits abandoned, but not for long.
